This begins by your desire for something better than yourself, and letting go of what is. The Road Less Traveled
We are at the precipice of a grand awakening. People are beginning to emerge and a new life is beginning for us all, one of unity, connection, community. Two years ago, I remember sitting in front of the mirror, half drunk, wondering what I was doing with my life. I was numb to everything, feeling as though I had chosen a life of complacency. I wanted more to this life than what I was told I could live. I was sick of the endless hell of my own drama, my own victimhood. One day, I made the choice to stop.
To this day, I still rely on the fortitude of my Inner Wisdom to guide me into the path of least resistance... into the light, away from the darkness that I have created for myself. It is through my own experience, through my connection to the Source that links us all, that I can, with an open heart, listen, allow and create space for you.
Don't be afraid to be vulnerable, to be raw! Now is the time to Begin Your Journey.
Spiritual Guide
Throughout my journey, I have been immersed in a world of real: real challenges, real trauma, real Life. One day, I awoke into a world where I was trapped. I was shackled to a dynamic told to me; one of subserviency, complacency, and resistance. I wasn't allowed to live my desire, my TRUE Self. Having navigated my way to reach a place of Harmony within my Self, my psyche, and my Source, I am beginning to uncover my own Truth of Who I Am, the beautiful one within. It is through this experience and my own Empathic Love that I found my calling to help others find their place of emotional, mental and spiritual wellness.
I have been trained in Somatic Embodiment Exploration, Powerful Guided Visualization, Active Empathic Communication, Active Global Listening, Reflective Communication with Consent, Powerful Questioning and more. I am qualified as an active Sholder Foundations Graduate; I am a certified FlowSt8 Method Coach; and I am an Ordained minister, keeping our sessions private and confidential.
